All weekly prices are in Euros for up to 10 people (excluding children aged 5 years or under sharing a parent's room) for 7 nights with the exclusive use of the whole villa, pool (closed between October 1st and April 30th) and grounds.

​Subject to the condition of the villa on departure, an additional cleaning fee of up to €150 may be payable in cash.

​Discounts are available for stays of 14, 21 or 28 nights. Please contact us for pricing at info@salcim.com.
The weekly prices are inclusive of:
  • 7 nights use of the whole house, its grounds and pool.
  • Check in is after 16:00 on the day of arrival.
  • Check out is by 10:00 on the day of departure.
  • A complimentary "welcome" pack
  • Weekly cleaning and linen changes, except for bookings of more than 1 week, where cleaning and laundry changes will be every 2 weeks.
  • Heating during the cooler months.​
  • Air conditioning during the hotter months.
  • Full free WiFi coverage of all areas including terraces and the pool.​​
Services available at additional cost:
  • Daily cleaning and bed making.
  • Breakfast and/or dinner prepared and served on site.
  • Food deliveries. These can be from local bakers, local dairy product providers, local meat product providers, vineyard deliveries or deliveries from local supermarkets.​
  • Local "foraging" excursions
  • Sight seeing tours.
  • Cookery classes.
  • Visits and tasting at vineyards.
  • Walking/trekking guiding.
  • Mountain bike guiding.
  • Rock climbing guiding or instruction.
