The villa is set in 2 hectares (nearly 5 acres) of olive grove and fruit trees with an Italian Cypress lined driveway (the grounds are still work in progress). It has 5 en suite bedrooms, 4 of which have walk in wardrobes. Three of the first floor bedrooms have terraces and all bedrooms have high quality Egyptian cotton bed linen. There is a large 8.7 metre by 6.4 metre main living room, a second family/sitting room, a study (normally closed to guests) and a large eat-in kitchen together with top end Miele kitchen appliances for those who love to cook! There are also a number of cellar rooms, including a laundry, the other rooms are not accessible to guests. All the ground floor rooms, with the exception of the study, open onto terraces with beautiful views to the east and south. Finally there is a 10 m x 5 m salt/chlorine swimming pool (closed between October 1st and April 30th) looking to the south.
