The grounds extend to just under 2 hectares (nearly 5 acres) and consist of olive grove, fruit trees and lawns and shrubs (currently under development). The formal area is automatically irrigated at night.
The 10m x 5m pool is on the south side and has very comfortable loungers for up to 10 people. Additionally power is available. WiFi is available at the pool area and around all the outside terraces.
The terraces follow the line of the south and east sides of the house. There are comfortable chairs and sofas on the terraces as well as a large dining table and 10 chairs.
